By accessing or using the imizi website (imizi-coffee.pages.dev), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of Rwanda and international trade jurisdictions.
2. Intellectual Property
The imizi name, wordmark, logo, visual packaging assets, texts, and original imagery are the property of imizi and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
3. Wholesale & Sample Inquiries
Green coffee offerings, wholesale pricing, and lot availability are subject to verified confirmation upon inquiry. Formal purchase orders and commercial export contracts govern commercial shipments.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda.
